We are looking for Accounting Associates (Junior and Senior) from the Baltic region who are interested in relocating to Malta and building their careers in an international environment. This role provides exposure to a diverse client base and hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements and year-end reporting

• Month-end and year-end closing processes

• Preparation of audit files and supporting documentation

• VAT returns and tax compliance

• Financial reporting and analysis

• Use of accounting systems such as Sage, Xero, and Odoo

• (Senior level) Review work and support junior team members

• Liaise directly with clients on financial matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or ACCA qualification (or in progress)

• Knowledge of VAT and tax compliance principles

• Strong analytical and organisational skills

• Good communication skills in English

• Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous

• Competitive salary €26,000–€35,000 annually, depending on experience and skills
