We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for hands-on role, where you’ll work across B2C (job seekers) and B2B (employers) channels, turning strategy into measurable results.

We're at a point where modern digital marketing really matters for what comes next, and we want someone who gets that & enjoys this side of marketing the most.

This one is for the person who finds "just run the campaigns" a bit boring. Your job includes:

• Local digital marketing strategy

• Real influence on business growth

• Freedom to experiment, test, automate, and apply AI solutions

• Close collaboration with local Sales, Product, Tech, and regional Baltic teams

• Gross salary: 2 800 – 3 000 EUR

What you’ll do together with the team & external partners:

• Drive growth and engagement of job seekers through digital marketing initiatives

• Build and optimize B2B lead generation funnels and support sales growth

• Plan and run performance campaigns across various channels together with external partners (for example Google & Meta)

• Improve conversion, tracking, and ROI across channels

• Strengthen brand visibility through digital content, PR, and market insights

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in digital marketing: social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing

• Hands-on skills in digital marketing

• Data-driven, independent, and comfortable owning results

• English skills (daily collaboration across the Baltics)

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and maintain a growth mindset
