Area sales representative (East and West Europe)

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers through active sales.

  • Proactively search for new clients and partners in both Lithuanian and international markets.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting new leads, conducting needs analysis, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating terms, to successfully closing the deal.

  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation as CRM and administrative tasks.

  • Grow and maintain the client database.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • Genuine interest or experience in selling wood materials or related products.

  • Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes abroad.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

  • Valid category B driving license.
