Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage sales and pricing for your assigned Large Category customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention.
Keep customer data accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
Provide precise sales and volume data to internal teams.
Identify and implement pricing improvements to boost profitability.
Spot potential sales leads and develop them or pass them to Sales Development Managers.
Stay informed about company products, services, and their applications.
Analyze customer purchasing behavior to align solutions with their needs.
Understand the business structures and key decision-makers of Large Category customers.
Use customer feedback and competitor insights to navigate market dynamics.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales with large accounts, working with business customers via digital channels.
Work experience with chemicals/gas or related industry or products is a must.
Fluent in Lithuanian and confident in writing and speaking English.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Strong planning and organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and customer portfolios.
Ability to ask targeted questions and uncover customer needs.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Basic financial knowledge and data analysis skills.
Experience in remote sales (phone, email, e-shop).
Willingness to grow, develop, quick learn and adapt to change.
Experience with Salesforce, technical knowledge, or education is an advantage.

SALARY: 2000 eur - 3110 eur gross monthly salary, plus up to 30% of the yearly salary as a yearly bonus
